The "Kaminiarz" brand has been appreciated for years as a manufacturer of the highest quality bacon. We are the national leader in this category of meat products and the leading European manufacturer.
We supply both the largest chains of super and hypermarkets, discount stores as well as traditional, local food stores with bacon. We also deliver bacon for all diverse food, confectionery, bakery industries, for manufacturers of ready-made dishes and gastronomy [the HoReCa sector].
The bacon offer covers bacon in pieces, slices, cut into lardons, cubes, steamed, smoked, for grilling, matured, raw and, more recently, also bacon roasted with a stream of hot air, an innovation on a European scale. Bacon is smoked using a traditional method with alder, beech or maple eco-wood. Since 2015, all production in the plant is free from gluten.
We offer a wide range of bacon with selected products such as hams and tenderloins. This is a reference to the butcher's sentiments of the "Kaminiarz" brand, whose history dates back to 1926.
