IFS ensures safety throughout the entire food production chain. It is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI - Global Food Safety Initiative). Zakład Mięsno Wędliniarski Kaminiarz received its first IFS certificate for conformity to standard already in 2011.
The audit, which was carried out in November last year, concerned the review of procedures and standards according to the latest version of the standard, IFS v. 7 introduced in 2020. We are pleased to inform you that we have just received the original certificate formally confirming respect for the system standards.
The production plant in Święciechowa [Wielkopolska region] received the "Higher Level" rating with a result of 99.02%!
Direct benefits that stem from holding certificates are confirmation of high quality production safety standards and greater trust of consumers and contractors.The certifying entity was SGS, the global leader in controlling, verification, testing, and certification.
