The meat is thoroughly cleaned, skinned and gristle-free. It’s color is deep claret. The maturing process includes extra tenderization, which makes the meat crispy and slightly soft. Thanks to the specialized technology, the ham is offered in perfectly thin slices of 1,5 mm, in packaging of 95g, 150g, and approx. 500g.
